Types of data we collect
We hold only the following details for customers:-
Name, Address, Contact Telephone Number, e mail address and card payment receipts (Merchant Copies) for card terminal payments. We do not hold customer card details on any contracts, invoices etc.
For ongoing warranty and guarantee purposes it is essential that we hold the above details for up to 10 years.
Customer addresses and e mail addresses are only used for contacting customers regarding details and arrangements for repairs, installation’s and purchases along with providing the customer with invoices and receipts.
When any service or product is purchased by you as a customer all cheques and card payment slip merchant copies are locked in a till and transferred to a safe at the end of the day. Access to this safe is restricted to key staff only.
We do not share customer data with any third parties and we do not use this data ourselves for any sales or marketing drives either by post, phone or e mail.
